Terms of use

The terms on which this website is provided.

In force from 3 September 2026.

1. Acceptance

By using assetrix.org you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This site is a source of information about the Assetrix protocol. It describes the design of a smart contract, publishes documents about it, and links to the project’s official accounts.

It is not a financial service. It does not hold funds, does not execute transactions, and does not act as an intermediary in any transaction between you and anyone else.

3. No advice and no offer

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer or an invitation to acquire any asset. ASTRX is not an investment product. Any decision you take is your own, and you are responsible for it.

Figures shown are ceilings set by the contract or values obtained from a model, on assumptions stated in the documents. They are not forecasts and not promises of return.

4. Your responsibility

Interacting with a smart contract on a public blockchain is irreversible. A transaction sent to the wrong address, or signed in error, cannot be undone by anyone, including this project.

You are responsible for the security of your own wallet. Assetrix never asks for a seed phrase or a private key. Anyone who does is not us.

You are responsible for complying with the law of the place where you are. The site is not directed at anyone for whom using it would be unlawful.

5. Availability and accuracy

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and current, and we publish checksums and timestamps so that any document can be verified independently, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or always available.

Where this site and the white paper differ, the white paper governs. Where a translation and the English text differ, the English text governs.

6. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services — a block explorer, social platforms, a source-code host. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

7. Intellectual property

Text, drawings and layout on this site are published under the MIT licence, as stated on the licences page. The core contract source is licensed separately. Third-party names and marks referred to on the site belong to their owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site or from any decision taken on the basis of it, including loss of funds through your own transactions.

9. Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is the one on this page, and the date above says when it took effect. Earlier versions are not removed from the site’s history.

10. Contact

info@assetrix.org

This page states the position of the project plainly. It is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
